I am difficult to draw Chicken's comb

 To be honest, I am not good at drawing. However i like drawing event i am not good at it. It also helps me to describe something and i can imagine something from some pictures or painting. I also love drawing beside my notes.

Certainly, i also like drawing chicken too. i meet some difficult in drawing chicken. To me, it is not easy to draw the comb of chicken. I am often fail to draw the comb especially the single comb. This is the difficult to make the round shape and the edge of the single comb. to me , it is difficult to draw the point of the single combs. 

I have tried the best i can, I draw and feel free.This is the sample of my picture. There ares some types of chicken comb such as single, rose, v shape,buttercup, pea, and others

Chinese Quail : A good Singer Quail and the aviary cleaning service

 The size is very small to common quail. This beautiful quail come from Asia. In my hometown,  the bird are raised as the cleaner in an aviary. It can clean the food waste bird such as millet, canary seed, and others. The bird live at the bottom of the aviary.

What make the bird is so interesting for me is the sound. The male sound call is small long like eagle call. Only the male has the nice sound. I have watched a flock of Chinese Quail sing together.

The male color is blue and brown. The female has duller color and it is not interesting. But you have to buy the female if you want to raise this nice quail. The female can lay some eggs.

In Aviary, the bird is a cleaner. It will eat any food that fall to the bottom of the aviary. They also use grass as their house. This quail is not good for meat production. The size is only a half of common Quail (Cotturnix Japonica).

A Dove clutch produce all male

 I am  foreighner for English. A couple week ago, i bought two doves from my friend. He said that the doves are pair but he could not determine whether the dove male or female. Actually, I just wanted a female one because I had the male with the amazing sound call.

He insisted me to buy bought. Finally i agree I buy a couple of the dogs and I put inside the cage. I bought it because I cannot differentiate the male and the female. Buy both two of them make me so busy. 

Finally, i know that both dove are male. Ia have heard the sound. I thought from a clutch which has two baby dove, contains a female and a male. I have read a journal that there a possibility the clucth contain only male or only female.

I will sell one of them because do not want to raise There are soo much dove in my parent's small house . Perhaps I will sell it buy the Streopiliia Chinese which the sound is more attractive than the African ring neck dove. I also consider raise the Native Javan Dove that is similar to collared  dove. The  bird sound is not good as the ring neck dove but I like the sound that is similar to elephant trumpet.

Yokohama Chicken : Longtail chicken From German

 The Yokohama is A showing chicekn from german. This unique chicen has long tails feather . Although, this chicken tail is not long as Onagodori but the chicken is also nice.

The  bird has brought from Japan in Nineteen century. The German breeder breed the Japanese and produce Yokohama. The great great grand parent of the chicken from Japan. The Yokohama name gets from the port where the chicken exported. In my opinion. This chicken also Have relation to Onagodori chicken.

It Will good for your backyard. Due its slim body. This chicken os appropriate for the showing chicekn. It is also available in bantam version, which is shorter than the common.

The color chicken is white and red saddle white. The red saddle has red color wing. Today some variation color is available such as black tail buff, blue red, spangled, golden duckwing and silver duckwing. The skin, beak and feet color are yellow. We cannot find any feather in this leg.  

The bird could lay 90 eggs a year which size is 60 gram each egg. The color of egg is tinted. While, the bantam lays smaller eggs , which is only 40 gram. The bantam also

Ring Neck Pheasant as pets

It is a game bird that famous in Europe. In Asia, the pet lover raise it as the ornamental bird. The bird has some beautiful plumage.
In Europe, people especially rich people hunt the bird at the savanna or steppe. They also use beagle dog to detect the bird.
In my opinion, this bird is not beautiful as common chicken. However some people love it.  They pride to show the chicken to other people.
The plumage of the bird is just dark brown with black mottled and white mottled.
The head color is green and there is red circle around is ayes. The tail is long. The roosters can reach 90 cm, while the hen tail is just 50 cm.
The hen weighs 0,7-1,5 kilogram while the roosters weigh is twice than the hen. It can reach two kilograms.
A hen can lays 16-22 eggs in year. The  amount is little, comparing to chicken. The hen lays olive shell eggs , ranging 25-38 grams.

Japanese Black Tailed White Bantam : A Beautiful white bantam FromJapan

Japanesse Black Tail bantam is a variation of Japanese bantam Chicken. This chicken originated from Japan and it recorded in paintings in the 15th century. The chicken has been existed at there since 15th century.

There is an opinion that this chicken came from China.  Another opinion about the origin of this chicken is Indonesia precisely Java. Chaebo's Name Or actually this is an uptake language from Java chebol. This chicken has a short leg size because it is called dwarf.Some bantam or around a quarter has longer leg than the Chaebo.

In my opinion, this chicken is good pet. They are docile.  This chicken is suitable for a cockerel in a garden with grass. The presence of the bantam in your garden will be good. The chicken may hunt the grasshopper or the cricket that eat your grass. The chicken manure also be good for the grass or weed.

Chickens are very easy to maintain and these chickens have benign characteristics and are easy to hold. It’s body is small with a maximum weight of 600 grams, while the females 550 grams.

The plumage of the bantam color exepect its tails is clean white and shiny. Of course, it depends on who's keeping it. A diligent keeper will clean the plumage when it is dirty. They can bath the chicken to clean the mud.

I do not recommed the chicken for the lazy keeper  who do not care about the chicken plumage. They can rasie other japanese chicken bantam such as buff japanese bantam.   It is similiar to the white inless its plumage’s color.

These chickens lay a lot of eggs. It can lay up to 12 eggs. The female or the hen can incubate their children and even nurture them until chicks can feed themselves.The hen is also the best mother for the chick.

Giant Cochin. Is it ornamental chicken ?

Recently,people raise the Giant as a pet in my country. They raise its as the ornamental chicken. The chicken price is so expensive, ten times from the common chicken. The price is so expensive but people want to buy it.

To me , the giant is not pet because it is has large body that we are difficult to hand it. The Giant are use to produce meat because the chicken is so big and tall. Standard Weight is 4kg and 3.2 kg for hen. So, you must provide huge chicken coops for the chicken.

To me the giant color is not attractive because it similar to the common chicken such as black, blue, and  Columbia.
The comb is small pea and it also not attractive. With the thick feather, the chicken is not suitable with my country where the humidity level is so high.
